Paul keeps in regular contact he does a great job on procurement for us, he also looks after metering / billing issues and has achieved some great Rebates for us in the past when billing issues has have occurred resolving them quickly.

We were having issues with our Electricity contract I asked Paul at Direct – Energy who I have used before for another business so I asked him if he would take a look at it for us. It turned out we were in contract not a very good one! Paul managed to guide us through how to deal with it, and we have now moved to another supplier on a much more competitive deal. We recently had a big issue with our water bills so we again asked Paul if he could take a look at it for us this has taken a little longer and a little more work which involve Paul obtaining a detailed water map of the area we are in, and photographs of our site from various positions/roads, then United Utilities had to do site visit to confirm what Paul had found, which was one of the supplies on our bill was for another larger property further up the trading estate which we were being wrongly billed for. Paul manged to confirm this to United utilities which has taken 5 months.

We have now just had a rebate of £14,500 - great job done Paul.

We were having issues with our electricity billing, our accountants advised us to contact Direct-Energy. So we made contact and spoke with Paul he asked us if he could validate all our last 12 months bills, once he had gone through them he identified that we were actually being billed incorrectly. Paul then asked us if we would like him to take this up with the supplier on our behalf which we agreed to. After a bit of negotiating Paul manged to obtain us a large rebate and corrected billing. We now use Paul to procure both our Gas & Electricity contracts and have great confidence in what Direct-Energy they do for us.
